"Didn’t work with my setup"
I couldn’t get it working with my setup, and the integrations felt kind of broken for me

"Support took forever and didn’t really help"
I don’t want to sound unfair, because I get that support teams can be busy, but my experience with cloudghost.net was frustrating. It took a long time to get a response, and when they finally replied, it was just basic troubleshooting I had already mentioned trying. It felt like they hadn’t really read my ticket properly. I had to repeat the same question more than once, which got old fast. Maybe others had a better experience, but mine definitely wasn’t great.

"Dashboard was a mess at the worst possible time"
I was trying to get something done quickly, and of course that’s when the dashboard decided to make everything harder. It’s really cluttered and I couldn’t find what I needed without clicking around forever. The timing was especially frustrating because I didn’t have time to dig through a confusing layout.

"Billing info could be easier to spot"
The pricing seemed fine overall, but I didn’t really notice the renewal fee until I was already at checkout. Maybe I missed it somewhere earlier, but it wasn’t super obvious to me. Support did explain it afterward, which helped, I just wish the billing details were a little easier to find upfront...

"The docs made things more confusing"
I was hoping the docs would make things easier, but they just left me more confused. A lot of it wasn’t clear enough, and it kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person behind it anticipating what someone might actually need help with.
"Support got back to me, just took a bit"
I did get a response from support in the end, so that was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I was kind of sitting there like... but yeah, they eventually answered my question
"Too much downtime for my liking"
To be fair, there were days when everything ran fine, but my site went down more often than I expected and the outages felt random. Support did get back to me eventually, but the replies were slow and usually didn’t explain much. I really just needed hosting I didn’t have to constantly think about, and this wasn’t that for me. After a while, I got tired of checking uptime all the time and ended up moving elsewhere.

"Feels like basic stuff is being held back"
The app works fine for the most part, but I was surprised by how many basic tools are missing. It makes me wonder if some of the features I expected are going to be locked behind an extra fee later, which is a little frustrating...

"I gave cloudghost.net a try ..."
I gave cloudghost.net a try , but I never really felt fully comfortable with it . Some of the info felt a bit vague , and I had to click around more than I expected just to find basic details . It might work fine for other people , but for me the trust and transparency could be better . Not the worst experience , just not really for me .

"Works fine, but the price is kind of ridiculous"
It does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any real issues with it, but the price feels a little ridiculous for what you actually get. It’s okay value overall, just not as cheap as I expected.

"I just didn’t feel comfortable with it"
I used Cloud Ghost for a little while, and maybe I’m only remembering the parts that bothered me, but the privacy stuff just didn’t sit right. I kept looking for clear details on how my data was handled and what kind of security was actually in place, and I don’t remember finding anything that made me feel confident.
It might be totally fine for other people, and I’m probably forgetting any good bits it had, but I don’t like feeling unsure about where my files or account info are going. After a short time, I closed it and moved on to something that felt more transparent
"Canceling and getting a refund was more hassle than expected"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of using cloudghost.net: canceling my account and trying to get a refund was a lot more frustrating than I expected. The steps weren’t very clear, and I felt like I kept getting bounced around instead of someone just sorting it out properly.
Support did reply, but it felt like they weren’t really reading what I was asking. I had to keep following up, which was a waste of time. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use them again, and I’d suggest keeping an eye on the cancellation/refund process if you sign up.

"Way too slow for me"
I really wanted to give cloudghost.net a fair shot, but wow, it made that difficult. Pages were taking forever to load, and a few times they just timed out completely, which is always a fun little surprise when you’re just trying to do something simple.
I tried it on different Wi-Fi and even mobile data, because apparently I enjoy troubleshooting things that should just work. Maybe it’s great for other people, but for me the speed was nowhere near okay. After a few attempts, I just gave up
